• I came in for my first ever waxing appt and it was with Phoenix. We got right to the point and addressed that it's her job and not a big deal and just relax. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. She was great at letting me know which areas would hurt more and which would be just fine. She explained everything well and was very thorough. I highly recommend this business as it was very clean and the whole experience from scheduling the appointment to paying was professional and everyone was very sweet! I will be a regular customer here!
