• First & foremost the facility from the bathroom to the service rooms are cleaner than any doctors office I have ever been to. Sarah Beth & Brenda are hands down the best you have but everyone there seems to be efficient & always kind with a smile.

• This is the best trained staff of any type of salon in the area. It starts in reception and works it way back to Wax gurus and back to the front. I am old school and love to make my appointment before I leave and for your younger folks you can hop online! Also cleanliness without smelling medicinal is a major plus factor!!!

• This place is crazy awesome! Where else could I look FORWARD to a Brazilian??? The welcoming facility is always clean, smelling nice, and they meticulously follow the requirements for safe waxing. I used to work in a spa and my mother is an esthetician in Atlanta, so trust that I know! ALL of the ladies are warm and lively! However, Charlsie is by far my favorite. She remembered my birthday on my second visit! Did I mention I can book my appointment online?! These ladies are amazing. Go now!

• Best experience ever . It was my first time ever , I won't tell you it didn't hurt . But I will tell you it was an amazingly clean , comfortable and awesome experience ! Vanessa was super patient with me as a first time and super accommodating to what made me comfortable. Everyone at Brazil's was amazing !

• So glad I found you all on YELP. I've been looking for a really good waxing place in the JAX/St. Augustine area for years (that only does waxing - not a spa - and that is familiar with Brazilians and is affordable - $65 is way too much for every six weeks). I was so impressed with Brazils from start to finish. I've been getting Brazilian waxes for years now, in cities like Atlanta and Miami... this was my favorite experience so far. The facilities are impeccable. The focus on cleanliness is so important and is the best I've ever seen, well explained and actually carried out, etc. The front desk staff is awesome and kind, and Sarah Beth my technician was AWESOME. She's knowledgeable and fast! I will definitely be back!

• I had a great experience for my first Brazilian wax. The staff was very friendly.Phoenix made me feel very comfortable and she did an amazing job with my wax. I will definitely be returning. She also did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I am very picky and she did a great job
