I went to BR3 for a flotation therapy session and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was so welcoming and informative and made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in. The woman that greeted me, which I believe was the owner, was so amazing. She explained everything to me and gave me a brief tour of the room. The actual float was great. They set you up with everything you need for your initial shower, the tank has bubbles that let you know when your session begins and ends, as well as two lights by the door. The music and outside colored lights are controlled by Alexa which was very convenient. Although I did opt to turn both lights and music off. After my session, the check out process was simple and quick and I felt relaxed for hours. One thing I want to point out is that some reviews I read a couple weeks before my session requested a neck pillow and when I went, they already had them in the room! I thought it was great that they are responsive of their reviews. I've already recommended friends to visit. I can't wait to go back!
