Some of the best customer service I've ever encountered anywhere, in any business. The check in experience was seamless, the staff were knowledgeable, prepared for us, and knew exactly who we were, and not making us deal with the payment aspect until after the float made us feel welcome and prioritized as customers. There was clearly a tremendous amount of thought put into designing the whole experience and aesthetic, and the effort really showed. The float rooms were the nicest I've encountered, and the option of having control over the lights, sound, and intercom within the tank not only added to the feeling of a custom experience, but was also incredibly reassuring.
