Erica was not only prompt, she was actually early. She listened to what I said and was so professional and personal at the same time. I really wasn't feeling well and she made sure I was comfortable. My veins are very, very small and I was dehydrated. She was excellent at finding one usable vein. No poking around! It actually made me feel better just talking to her. I want to mention that every single nurse who has been to my home has been wonderful. Also, Michelle at the office is incredibly nice and does her best to accommodate me. Having Erica take care of me, not just with my IV, but also chatting so nicely, is what makes me loyal to Bounce.
