• I have used the service 5 or 6x and have had 3 different people perform the actual service each of whom were well experienced RNs who had worked in trauma situations at hospitals or clinics. They were prompt (mostly a few minutes early and communicated their estimated arrival time and name prior to their arrival. Each actual service was very courteous and got the job done efficiently and in a timely mannre in my home since I am in a wheelchair. . The scheduling work very easily either booking online or by calling.
