If you checked off the box to receive system emails when you created your account, the system should have sent you a confirmation email for your booking. This email will have the details of your session, including additional information about our policies and location. Please check to see that you have it and that the date and time for your appointment are correct and please make a note in your calendar for the date and time of your appointment.

                                                                                                                                                                    If you don’t see a confirmation, or you missed checking the box to receive system emails, please let us know by calling (917) 740-2709 or emailing hello@bodyworksdw.com so that we can confirm your booking and update your profile to receive system emails and send a confirmation email.

                                                                                                                                                                    We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours before your appointment start time will result in a full charge for the missed appointment.
