Most massages I've received do well when it comes to relaxing me. But yesterday I went in with a genuinely medical, chronic shoulder issue, and today I'm feeling better than I have in 6+ months. That 1 hour of work was as--or more--effective than either of the two cortisone injections I've had for my shoulder from my doctor. Thank you!
