Emily was so welcoming, and for my first prenatal class ever I found her so helpful and encouraging. It was really good being able to move my body, and I felt stronger and healthier for going. I'll be back again today, I loved it!
Everything felt very professional - the booking system, the welcome at reception, the decor, the class starting on time, the instructor was excellent at making me feel welcome and cared for, the class was just the right level of difficulty for me, I felt supported throughout. The spaces are clean, well organised and cared for.
