Clean, easy to book, enjoyed class with energetic instructor
Instructor was professional , good cues , challenging and lovely clean studio
I got my times confused and arrived 30 mins early for BYO baby matt. I was made to feel very welcome by the gorgeous staff at reception who invited me to make myself comfortable while I breastfed my baby on the lounge. They kindly checked me into my class and explained where it was (downstairs). Then in the class itself, the instructor was excellent, the exercises were perfect for my stage of post partum and the studio, bouncers and baby matts were super clean and in excellent condition. It felt like a very calm, welcoming and soothing environment to invest in some self care.
