Best mum and bub work out I've done and will be recommending to others
This was the perfect prenatal workout - it was challenging but simultaneously respectful and gentle enough on my pregnant body. The instruction was very clear and its a beautiful workout space. I highly recommend!
It was just so good. Felt like I got a great work out. Clean. Can book into classes. Love it.
