I love this studio because it's very close to where I live, so it's easy for me to commit to classes, but that is not enough of course!
I love the vibe in the studio, I have my favourite teachers/ instructors who bring always something personal along to make the workout interesting. For instance this mornings class with Maddie at 8am was so fresh an stimulating, although I struggled to keep the balance I really applied myself. Naturally that's the point to further once physicality and core strength?
I've made some friends I'm looking forward to see and exchange good vibes with and feel I'm developing expanding myself in every direction.
I've been referred to the studio. In 2019, I did the 2 week intro in December and have never looked back.
