Amazing environment! Natural light, clean, beautiful interiors. Easy check in system and great instructors! I mentioned it on my insta @melanieremai and @ PaddingtonPalmsSydney with photos and all my London, NY and LA friends were wowed! Great job! Finally a beautiful place to pilates and barre!!!!

I personally like the focus on the stretch before we start and the come down stretch at the end to allow my muscles to recover
The class was a bit different to the usual class, more enjoyable when the routine changes. I also love this instructor
