I have really enjoyed the classes I have been to so far. I was hoping to sign up to a membership but I have seen your prices have gone up since I stated the trial.
Not only is it the most beautiful space to practice in, with arched windows, natural sunlight and beautiful soft and luscious tones, the teachers are so knowledgeable and supportive in both pre and post natal strengthening. Each class is an absolute gift to your soul.
