Because the instructor was caring and attentive.I am an older student so this was important I didn't feel out of place.
The studio was spotlessly clean all equipment was in perfect condition.The studio definitely has a great vibe. Can't wait to return.👍👍😍

Whip it and Alexander's 7:30am Saturday are my favourite classes. The instructors are amazing and the workouts are fun, engaging and the perfect amount of hard work- always leave feeling like I have smashed it x
