Soph is an awesome instructor. I get so much from her classes. The Wednesday morning mat class is not nearly as good without Soph but I realise there’s only one of her. So happy we are able to be back doing pilates again! Thanks bodylove
Every class was 10/10
I was a reluctant 'starter' some time ago and when Covid meant I could no longer attend classes I realized how much I missed it all. The class of course and the whole buzz of it all and the fabulous feeling after class when heading out to start the day.
Your team and your studio space are hands down the best. We are so, so lucky to live around the corner from your beautiful space. Thank you for creating such a wonderful, supportive and connected community. We so missed you during lockdown.
