Studio was beautiful and very clean. My instructor was extremely helpful and it was a great class I'm excited to take again!

I had a private session with Heather--great workout. It's easy to follow her instructions. Her cues are perfect; and she listens and pays attention. I have issues with ankle flexibility and we worked on that. I've improved my flexibility and strength and can do much more than when I started.
