I get the most incredible workouts and everyone is so kind and friendly! I wish I could go every single day! It's hard work with laughter as well. I'm so blessed to have found these wonderful people!!
phenomenal teachers! i've only tried a few classes here yet but they were all great-- fun, challenging, but with excellent student attention & modifications always available. i can't wait to come back!!
