It was my first time ever doing Pilates! I thought the instructor gave really thorough instruction so I wasn't left confused. I definitely felt the burn and feel it the day after!
I am always impressed with the knowledge level of your instructors and they also are physical therapist. Of course they're encouragement is great and Tammy has been so helpful.
My back hasn't "gone out" since I began, plus very good instructors.
