I gave Bodylines a 10 because I think Kim, Tammy, and all of my instructors have earned it.
I met Tammy on my first day. She gave me an orientation and recommendations for classes. When ever I have had questions she has helped. I know who Kim is and respect what she has created. In classes. I deal regularly with Louise,Karen,and Nancy. I miss Heather's tower class. I wrote a review for Karen and for Louise, but I can't find that one. Classmates raved about Nancy so I signed up for her barre.class. I was the worst of the worst. I was flailing and failing. Nancy kept her eyes on me and smiled and nodded encouragement. She came up to me after class, said you can do this, and please keep coming. I did it because she had nonverbally given me support throughout the class and I trusted her. I am a little better and I keep coming. All of us benefit from her warmth and skill.
Heather is a special person. The people in her tower class loved her. She is a wonderful teacher and a quirky and lovable human. For me Heather's position spoke volumes about the inclusive mindset of management which I appreciate and admire.
