The classes are great...the instructors challenge you but pay attention to your form and your needs so that you do the exercises correctly and you don't get hurt. The instructors and the participants are enthusiastic, friendly and supportive. The studio has an inviting atmosphere where new people are always welcome and the regulars are always willing to help! 💕
