Both the atmosphere and the instructor were incredibly warm and welcoming! This was my first class and I can say with 100% certainty that I will be taking many more classes in the future! The class was rigorous and challenging but was done in a way that made me feel strong and confident in my abilities! I have already recommended Bodylines to others!!
