Great customized workout in a beautiful environment
The instructors have all been great! It can't be easy to teach to screen shots and an empty room, but they have been enthusiastic, positive, helpful and good about explaining body position and alternative movements for those who need to make adjustments. I feel part of a group even though I'm over 1000 miles away. Y'all have done a wonderful job at adapting to the COVID-19 situation and I thank you for providing me with the opportunity to be included. This has also allowed the opportunity to try classes I might not otherwise take.
