The teacher was terrific! In particular I loved how calm her teaching style was. I find many Pilates classes to be taught at a frenetic pace--it's stressful!--and your wonderful teacher showed me it doesn't have to BE that way. In fact, the calm pace and vocal tone allows me to better tune in and focus on the technique and I end up getting way more out of it. Many thanks to this teacher for a class well-taught!
Leah was so enthusiastic and passionate, the layout and decor are wonderful and calming. I felt safe and knew my safety was a top concern for the studio.
