the instructor, Jody, was very professional, easy to understand and follow, and it was a good work-out!
It was an amazing class! The instructor had clear queues and had a great flow to the routine. The only reason it was a 9/10 instead of 10/10 was because there was no background music.
Great workout and it was easy to connect via Zoom!
