Body Temp is a wonderful studio, and the classes are nothing like I've ever done before. Although they stay true to the practice, the give their own spin on everything. Always keeping it exciting, especially for me.. because I easily get bored. EKram is amazing, foundation is a favorite and Ericka's rolling yin class is also a great class..
