It’s just an amazingly brilliant class! All 3 of the bodyrolling ones which I have now tried. Better than anything I have ever been to in the uk where I am from. And chad is really great. His sense of humour, knowledge, expertise really makes the class great. Congrats!
The instructor was kind and patient. The space was a comfortable environment to practice yoga.
