I have never had a class that was less than perfect in every way. Excellent teachers friendly staff clean space great workout!
I've been twice, one to mat Pilates once to hot Pilates. Both were great workouts with great instructors
Because the place is clean, the owners/instructors are THE BEST, and they offer a variety of interesting classes at affordable rates. Now if I could just hire them to work out for me, It would be perfect;))))
Teacher was outstanding! Very skilled, friendly and nonjudgemental. Plus I really like that studio a lot!
