The teachers are fantastic, both studio spaces are so welcoming and the variety of classes offered is awesome. Body Temp is a goldmine.

Body Temp Yoga is an amazing and friendly studio. It's always a highlight of my week to practice yoga there. The staff and instructors are always very kind and friendly, and the work-out I get is great for my mental and physical health. The price is also very reasonable especially compared to other studios that are not nearly as great and more expensive. I would highly recommend the Body Temp Yoga studio to any of my friends.
Great facility, good instructors and I leave feeling renewed and revived.
