I loved the full body roll out class. It was very necessary for my body!
It was the best heated class I have taken in SF. Teacher was present, energetic, fun and her playlist was great. Plenty of options during high intensity. Great description and leading instruction for flows. Never felt lost. Definitely will come back to take her class!
