I appreciate the location, the quality of the instructors, the responsiveness of the staff, and the wonderful personalities of both the staff and teachers. I also love the studio space and the lighting atmosphere. They handle the occasional booking issue—even those with valid reasons—in a fair manner. They are friendly and open-minded, interacting with us on a human level rather than responding like AI. I value the fact that their events are consistently fun and that people safely follow the policies, making it a delightful "third place" for us all to share!! 🙂‍↕️
