It was fun! And I feel like I grew In my training. I hadn't taken classes in like 2-3 years but felt like I improved a lot. Can't wait to return!

I was very nervous at first. The other participants were really nice. My instructor was very clear and straightforward while simultaneously making it fun. I quickly got comfortable and was able to do things that I initially thought I could not do. We all celebrated each other's accomplishments which made the afternoon better. It definitely feels like a place with a strong community and I would love to continue to return.
