Ive been coming to B&P for 4-5years, since before there was a waitlist for majority of the classes lol, the Instructors are phenomenal and patient. I always see an improvement in my skills when taking ANY class at B&P. I recommend it to all of my friends. Its always a great time at B&P.

I mostly take flexibility and Melt classes that help my body maintain stable and healthy that I need to keep working out. They are just right size of the exercise for me, although my body is overall very stiff and sore. The price is very reasonable as well. MELT is often fully booked for Saturday class that I only book if it is available on the day to avoid a last minute cancellation.

Best teachers ever! There are few things that could be improved, like better ventilation in Studio E, or more Pole 1 classes because they are always waitlisted for the current week, always, but in general, this is the best place to come to!
