I have had the best 1.5 years at body and pole so far. Every type of class I have taken, from fabrics to the hoop, to flex, to invertibles has been special and fulfilling in its own way. Not only are the classes themselves great, but the staff is also phenomenal. The front desk is incredibly helpful both via the full-time staff and the work studies. Thank you to Body and Pole for existing!
