I miss the studio and community and BP has handled the studio safety in such an amazing way. I was very nervous about taking class but when I walked in for class, no one else was around and it was easy to keep distance! Also Zoe's class was just amazing! So professional. Love her flows and still kept the class fun and exciting! ❤️

Body & Pole is the best studio of its kind in NYC. You provide a very body-positive and empowering learning environment. You're all about progress (at your own pace), which I appreciate. I was formerly a competitive gymnast and dancer, both of which were extremely demanding on my weight, and I'm so happy to have found pole, which lets me utilize my skills on my own terms. You also have a diverse set of teachers, to cater to different personalities & learning styles. You've got me hooked—don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. Way to push through this pandemic!
