The instructors are amazing and the location of the studio is unbeatable. I wish the administrative policies weren’t so inflexible (e.g. why not permit same day class *switches* - not cancelations - especially when there is a waitlist open for the other class? at no point do you make less money, and you can only make MORE + make more students happy!).... but it ends up being worth dealing with to take classes from my favourite instructors.

I did the Flex class. The instructor was amazing, she gave plenty of options for all the levels in the room. She was helpful and had a wonderful personality and energy about her. The atmosphere and music was great. By the emd of the class i felt incredibly loose which is whatbi wamted at the end of stretching
