It was the first time I'd been to a class in at least 3 and it was good to have some expert guidance on stretching. I absolutely loved the instructor, Kira Faith. She was encouraging without making it competitive so I felt like I could enjoy the class without judging myself for not being able to do everything as well as I'd like. The musical choices were relaxing and motivating and the environment was clean and efficiently run.
