Body and Pole offers such an incredible array of diverse high caliber classes all centered around building pole, aerial and hoop skills. There is something for everyone no matter what kinds of individual strengths and personal goals each student has. All of the instructors that I have encountered are positive and encouraging in addition to giving their own unique style and perspective to class. What may seem impossible and unattainable is actually tangibly possible and attainable.

I'm bringing a friend on Wednesday!!! I love how beginner friendly the gym is. Intro is truly intro, breaking down fundamental step. Please keep me posted on deals for classes like the Black Friday one that just happened! Also Michelle is supposed to email me hip mobility exercises ! Don't let her forget :)

Love the studio, the teachers are wonderful. Would prefer to spend a little more time on sequences and a little less time on stretching. But overall, very happy.
