I have been attending for about six months now. The attitude and attention of the Body and Beyond Team is the same now as it was the first time I attended. They are keen to provide a positive and friendly environment for training. They check up on your goals and work with and push you to achieve them.
Love the atmosphere during a session have made some lovely friends everyone is so great to train with and of course the great coaches who have made body and beyond what it is 😊
