• The desk staff was very nice and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to find an array of essential oils to include rather than say a choice of 3 lotions. The90 minute rejuveheat was wonderful, I am not sure I would have tolerated the massage without the heat to relax. I also felt and was told by Lauren that my legswere another point of concern which no one has addressed before, so I will be coming back in 2 weeks for her to work on that as well

• Didn't have to wait, were ready to start massage. Room was very nice and clean and therapist did a great job and was ok with silence, didn't feel the need to make conversation but had some conversation. It was just a good experience.
