We specialize in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage and Myofascial Release. Our massage therapists are excellent at relieving headaches, low back pain and frozen shoulder. Other speciality massage techniques include prenatal massage, fertility massage, reflexology, hot stone massage, craniosacral therapy, infrared heat massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy and lymph drainage therapy. I travel throughout the US for work and I'm always on the lookout for a great massage therapist, and wow did Sheila shine! She's so experienced, calm, engaging, and knowledgeable! My hour with her flew by! She worked in depth on my head and neck, and upper back as requested. I felt fantastic for days! I'll definitely return on my next trip through Columbus. Massage studio is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and welcoming. Front desk staff was delightful. Thank you!!

After dealing with leg muscle issues for going on 2 years, and weeks of physical therapy and stretch sessions, Eric made significant and noticeable improvement after just one visit. I believe I on the right path to full recovery.

I've had very lavish (and expensive) massages and this was hands down the best massage I ever got. For the quality massage I received the price was unmatched. I scheduled my next apt before I left.

Scheduling it's a bit weird from the mobile site but I'm sure if you call they'll help you with this. I also enjoy receiving their emails with last minute cancellations. The place is very clean and I love being able to book a late appointment during the week .

Kayla was amazing and gave me a unique experience that I have not had there before. She really paid attention to the areas I was struggling with. Woke up this morning actually feeling an improvement. I look forward to my next session with her to really focus on my problem area!

Great service; friendly people; nice, clean facility, and a GREAT massage. Great quality for your money (worth every penny)! Shelia is awesome. (The post-massage chocolate and bottle of water is also a very nice touch.)
