Terrific teacher at 5pm on Saturday, January 19 at Flatiron studio. Focussed, disciplined and wise teaching of the traditional Bikram yoga series that I enjoy so much. The practice yields many beneficial effects. I am glad it is still being offered despite the change in the studio's name.
