I have been doing Bikram for 15+ years. The teacher was excellent, not dialling it in, totally present.

Blayne is utterly awesome. There are so few yoga teachers in NYC these days who teach with zero ego and she is one of them. She is all about the yoga, about the student on the mat and whatever struggles she/he/they might be going through. There is none of her stuff in the room (I wish I could say this about most teachers) and I cannot praise her enough. Also she manages to give instructions that actually help one get deeper into a pose. Thank you Blayne. You are awesome.
