I started taking class at your studio in March 2001. Just came back after a long hiatus and was very impressed with how you've evolved. Can't wait to try all the new offerings.
The dressing room at the Flatiron Studio has been remodeled! I almost didn't come back because I didn't want to face that crowded dressing room. I still wouldn't call it a fantastic space, but it's a huge improvement. Nice work!
The teacher was really great too. I apologize for not remembering her name. She taught the 5pm class on Saturday. She made a comment that was very wise: she said we were moving like we were feeling hot, sore, tired & that was the wrong message to send our bodies. She said we should move the way we wish we felt, that we should move like we're young. It was just the perk I needed at that moment and I'll carry that wisdom with me in other areas of life.
