I absolutely love how welcoming and all inclusive the studio is. This particular workout was in a room With floor to Ceiling windows, one other patron and the instructor, which is understandable since it was a Friday evening. Most were likely at happy hour or enjoying the weekend. The sun was setting and it was a hard workout. It was a hard week for me and I felt so empowered and so welcomed during and after that workout. I had the pleasure of having a sunset workout, a moment of connection and pure joy, which meant more to me than anyone could possibly know. It was magical and nothing out of the ordinary for the studio. It's a great place.
