Such a beautiful space. Kelsy J taught a great class and the gals in the office were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love this practice e and try to take a class in a new city anytime I travel. Was fun to get into headquarters where it all started!

Deanna's class was so fun, and I wasn't aware of the fascia releasing elements to the class, I felt completely energized and exhilarated afterwards, and worked several muscle groups that I needed. I look forward to coming back very soon!

The vibe is inclusive, relaxed, supportive, motivational, clean and organized. It’s a high-vibe place filled with beautiful beings showing up to do the work with sweat and a smile! I felt better during/after taking a class than I ever feel on average. I’d live there if I could!
