• I take regular massage but there are days when I need one more than others. Much more. The massage therapy at Blue Heron Wellness has the ability to not only make me feel better but to provide the energy and attitude to Be Calm and Carry On! I consider massage to be therapeutic and part of my health regimen. And a most enjoyable one, at that. There are several therapists on staff and days and times to accommodate busy schedules. Indulge yourself!
