• I started yoga because I needed to gain "quiet" in my busy day. Not only did I find the "quiet", I have also gained physical strength, breath awareness, and mental balance. I have taken a variety of yoga classes - yin, flow and yoga 1 and all have been phenomenal. All of the instructors have been professional and thoughtful while providing gentle and encouraging guidance throughout each class. The studio is a gem in our busy world. Thank you Blue Heron!

• I am very happy with the experiences at blue heron wellness. I have had the opportunity to get a facial and massage as well as the waxing services. Most of all, though, I love the yin and restorative yoga options. So many great instructors, like Hannah, Rick, Emily, and Sherry. These are my "go to" yoga classes. Everyone I encounter there is a healing presence. What a great community!
