• I booked a last minute deep tissue massage with Leslie. This was my first visit to Blue Heron but it certainly won't be my last. The receptionist was warm and friendly. She escorted me back to their serenity waiting room where I was given water and paperwork to fill out. Promptly at 5:45, Leslie came in to escort me to the treatment room. The massage table was heated to a comfortable temperature and spa music was playing softly in the background. Leslie and I talked about target areas and she was magical. My muscles were sore but loose today. She even used a warm towel to loosen my neck muscles. I also really liked the product she used. I'm not sure if it was lotion or oil but I didn't leave with that greasy/slimy feeling you often get after a treatment.
