It was a great service. Kalen is super experienced and did a great job balancing being informative about what's going on with my skin, while still allowing me to relax. I also really appreciated that there was no hard sell on products and instead she was super honest about what I really needed and where my money would be best spent to make long term improvements to my skin. That said, if you need medical grade harder to find products this is a great place to check out!!
