We also offer a wide variety of skin care and beauty services including HydraFacials, Venus Legacy Body Contouring, and several different types of facials and chemical peels. Our skin treatments, from facials to resurfacing to peels, are highly effective for anti-aging, pigmentation, acne, and a variety of skin issues. Our SkinPen and Hydrafacial are two of our most popular treatments. We now also offer massage and body treatments, such as scrubs and spray tans.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR ONLINE SHOP BLUEDIVINE.COM
I think I got scammed, but I will not give up on calling them. Hopefully I can get my money back.
Timeline:
01/31: Purchased $85 advanced brightening pad kit from bluedivine.com. Payment processed.
02/14: Received an email that they finished processing the order, but no tracking number provided
02/29: Order not arrived. Asked to provide tracking number.
03/05: No update received. Called Blue Divine, they said they will ship ASAP
03/14: Order not arrived yet. Asked to provide tracking number, received email that I will be provided tracking number by next day
03/18: No update received. Asked to cancel the order and refund
03/20: Received email that the order is already shipped, but no tracking number. Called Blue Divine, and they said it will be arriving by 03/21. She said tracking number will be provided as well.
03/22: No update so far. Order not arrived yet. No tracking number provided.

Ladies, if you're looking for a quality spa with great customer service, this is NOT the place. I signed up with a three month membership for 250 USD per month for signature facials and services. The facials were not bad but the women because very aggressive and quite rude upon my request to cancel the membership after the three month period. But, what is most disturbing about my experience was that I got a covid diagnosis and was charged anyway and never got my last and final facial. My credit card was billed anyway and I did not receive services because I was told that I had to have a negative covid test. I understood but then asked that my funds be returned to my credit card. I have been calling to speak with the owner for three months and still haven't gotten my money back. I was sent an email that stated that I had 30 days to book an appointment, but unfortunately my Covid tests kept coming back positive. I was one of those people who continued to test positive although my doctors had released me back to work. I explained this to these people and they STILL have not given me my 250 USD back!!
I've sent several emails and they keep bouncing back to me. Please send me an email address that will work and mailbox is open to receive messages.
Update: Sent the owner an email this morning and finally got a call back from the Spa after three months. To my disbelief if was the manager whom insulted me at their front desk. I was informed that they do not issue refunds for services. It looks like I have no other recourse but to file complaint with the BBB.

Hi Yanna, I am sorry for your frustration. I was not aware of your situation. I am always open to understanding situations & illnesses do interfere with receiving services. Any member has the right to terminate their membership. Please send me an email & I would be happy to resolve this for you? I have not received an email from you.

Receptionist Francheska is very rude. I called today to make an appointment for a VI Peel. I normally get VI Peels at RegenCare Med Spa at Buckhead Village District but I wanted to try out Blue Divine because I was referred by a friend.
I went online on January 5 to request an appointment and the staff never called me. I received emails with my name spelled incorrectly as well as a new customer offer email stating I could receive either a discounted hydrofacial or 10% off peel services. When I asked about the offer it seemed as she got really upset and told that was the Black Friday promotion. Money isn't an issue and I have no problem paying full price. I later received a text message stating she had cancelled my appointment a few moments later.
It's a shame that this business hires racist and rude employees such as Francheska. I am an engineer by profession, and I get VI peels every winter and I also, purchase other costly services such as laser hair removal treatments, and microdermabrasion packages during the year. Please DO NOT come here if you don't want your skin DAMAGED! The employees do not care about the customers including the condescending owner. I have been going here for 3 YEARS, I always get Heather and she always did everything correctly, she was amazing but unfortunately she no longer works there. After that I got Doralisa ONLY ONCE, she did my aerolase and completely burned my face. She put the laser directly on my face which she was NOT suppose to. My skin has not healed after that, and actually has gotten worse. My skin has gotten rough and I have even encountered bumpy rough patches on the sides, I have not seen ANY difference towards my skin whatsoever after Heather left. I went to show my burns to the owner (Kalen) and the manger (Marilyn), it felt as if the manger was the only one that cared about my burns. The owner said that I had got a better treatment as a result of the burns. Very interesting! I requested a refund for my membership of $250 and the manger stated that she does not deal with refunds, but only Kalen the owner does. Confused on why the owner doesn't allow the manger to settle the issue with a customer that is not satisfied, very professional. I should be seeking damages for my face not just SEEKING a refund..
Kalen requested I remove my review and she would give me a refund. At first I did take down my post, but when I requested to reschedule my appointment to correct the damage done to my skin by an unskilled staff, Kalen responded at first, then read my second and third message and ignored me. The only reason I continued to patronize this establishment was due to the great customer service I received from Heather, who no longer works at blue divine.

Heather did my hydra facial and was great! Very knowledgeable and clean facility. She also suggested the Red Light and another treatment for next time. Staff is friendly and they offer a lot of services. Can't wait for my next hydrafacial!

Enjoyable experience will definitely go back. The staff did an amazing job in making me feel extremely comfortable and they welcomed me into there facility with genuine love and support. The facial I received from Heather was exceptional from beginning to end. It relaxed me in a miraculous way by truly reducing the built up stress in my face. The products used were gentle and effective. My skin looks and feels amazing. I would definitely recommend Divine Aesthetics to anyone needing to eliminate stress and wanting to enhance the beauty of there skin. It's well worth the cost.

I came to blue Divine Aesthetics originally for a hydra facial and dermaplaining. I loved my results! Kalen created a great experience. In speaking with her she recommended that I get laser hair removal on my chin area. She gave me a great consultation and a great price for 8 treatments. I've had 2 treatments already and LOVE my results! Im also going to get regular hydra facials as well! Loved my results !!

Came in for a custom hydra facial with Adriana and cannot day enough wonderful things about her and the spa! Everyone was very friendly. Adriana went over every step of my custom hydra facial tailored to my specific skin concerns. I love the results so much I signed up for the blue diamond membership which is a great deal. Cannot wait for my next facial next month.

I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. Kalen and her employees are clueless as to how to handle customers at the front desk. On every occasion I have had to spend most of my time there waiting for them to figure something out on the computer. As a group they are not clear on the prices and show incredible confusion when trying to work with their system. 24 hours after a treatment I get a phone call saying I will be charged more than what I paid all because the secretary behind the desk messed up. Instead of keeping a happy customer they make things complicated and blame me for causing the confusion. I will not be back and I will not refer a single person to this establishment.

Sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes (25 minutes past appointment time) with no one checking in on me. Don't waste your time or money - too many great options in Atlanta.
